l0 l5 20 25 30 arrange such, especially for assembly work at high heights or in multi-family houses, etc.
In addition, the dimensions vary both in the mounting objects and in the frame in which they are mounted, as well as the thickness and nature of the wall in which the opening is arranged. known to and keep known. It is utilizing moves Various devices are mounting devices which are fastened via rails, for example a window to prevent this from falling out. Such rails grip the outside and inside of the frame and are anchored to the inside of the wall. After mounting, the mounting device must be removed, which is complicated and has an effect on the wall and / or frame. It is common to use different variants of wedges and blocks to adjust the mounting object, which is both time consuming and complicated.
It is also known that by applying abutments, e.g. boards or the like, on the outside, prevent the mounting object from falling * out. After * assembly ', these are also difficult to remove.
This also requires the installation of wedges or the like both vertically and vertically before the actual attachment of the mounting object can take place.
SE 530 818 describes a window mounting device consisting of an elongate guide rail. Two such guide rails are mounted so that they point in a direction towards and across the distribution surface of the window. The guide rails are equipped with. front parts which are anchored near the window in the frame in order to hold it and are provided with a movable fastening part which is fastened to the wall. A number of frame sleeves * are screwed into the frame of the window in existing pre-drilled holes and in a space between the wall and the frame form the protruding parts which form anchoring points 10 15 for anchoring said front parts. These protruding parts are screwed in to support the edge sides of the wall after the frame D.v.s. on the outside of steered in. fittings with frame sleeves are attached to the window frame and the window is mounted in an opening that is secured to the wall through the angle of the fitting. To suit different wall thicknesses, the fittings are provided in packages with three different lengths for different window dimensions and such a package is sufficient for a limited number of windows or doors, e.g. fifteen pieces.
It is thus a disadvantage of the tool that it cannot be used for more windows or doors and that different sets are needed. In addition, the known tool is inflexible in that it is designed in different ways depending on, for example, window dimension. The known tool is also not useful in stone houses due to the requirements for durability when screwing in ice. A further significant disadvantage consists in damage to mounting objects and walls.
Another known device such as. described in DE2020070l407O U1 shows a device comprising a rod with two stops and a clamping device. The bar must be inserted between the frame and the wall and the stop is intended to grip the outer side of the window frame when a stop is intended to abut the inside of the wall to be set to prevent falls outwards. The distance between the stops and the stops can thus protrude in opposite directions from the rod. A disadvantage is that the tool must be pushed into the gap between the frame and the wall or frame, which means that demands are made on the thickness of the tool, the rod and the outer stop, which can mean that its stability and strength will not be sufficient and can lead to difficulties. attachment remove the tool. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting tool and a method for mounting a mounting object, such as a window or door, j. an opening j_ a wall where the mounting / disassembly, i.e. insertion / removal, replacement of window or door can be done in a safe way without risk either for the mounting object to fall out or fall in.
It is also an object of the invention that assembly / disassembly should be possible without attachment of the assembly tool causing damage in any way, either on the wall or on the assembly object or its frame. It is also an object of the invention to provide an installation tool which is easily set up to handle, which may be suitable for assembly / disassembly, adjustment of different types of windows or doors in walls which may also be designed in different ways, with different thicknesses, of different materials, should easily be wood, stone or the like and that the tool can be removed after the mounting object has been securely fastened in the opening so that e.g. final attachment (relocation) can take place. It is also. one. goals with. the invention. to indicate a mounting tool by which substantially no damage occurs to either the wall or mounting object and that the use of wedges or the like can to a large extent be avoided and. where applicable, only in certain embodiments and to a very limited extent.
In particular, it is a goal to provide a universal tool for mounting windows or doors that is very easy to use and which. in practice does not require the use of any other tools' for the application or disposal of the mounting tool itself. It is thus also an object of the invention to provide a method by which one or more of the above-mentioned objects can be achieved. It is also an object to state a method and a device where the attachment itself can take place without restraint, ie that it is fully sufficient. mounted mounting tools' so that the door can securely screw on, loosen or adjust a window, etc.
Therefore, a mounting tool is provided as initially stated and which also exhibits the features set forth in claim 1.
A method is therefore also stated as soul exhibits * the features set forth in claim 14.
Preferred embodiments are indicated by the features stated in the subclaims.
It is an advantage of the invention that a mounting tool is easy to nail or the like, which is used, that no screws are required for use, either in the mounting object or in the wall, that no action occurs on either mounting object or wall and that insertion or removal of the mounting object can take place in a very safe and risk-free manner and that assembly / disassembly through the use of the proposed tool can also take place very quickly and with fewer fitters than with known mounting methods.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in the following for the purpose of description, in a non-limiting manner, and with reference to the accompanying figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a mounting tool where the frame holder device consists of a pin and a frame bracket, Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of a mounting tool where the frame holder device consists exclusively of a pin, and the bracket element is formed as a straight flat iron arranged parallel to the pin, Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of the mounting device where the frame holder device comprises a pin is arranged perpendicular to the first and second mounting elements arranged parallel to the wall bracket, Fig. 4 shows * a fourth alternative 'of a Mounting tool where the frame holder device. is 'designed as a' holder for the inner side of the frame, its inside, and a part of its outside, Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of the frame holder device according to Fig. 4 in more detail, and Fig. 6 schematically shows a mounting tool e.g. according to Fig. 1, mounted in a karn1 with, the pin. inserted into, a pre-drilled frame hole.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Mounting tool 100 in Fig. 1 consists of a first hollow mounting element 20 and a second mounting element 10, which by having a smaller cross section than the first mounting element 20 is slidably arranged therein, so that the total length of the mounting tool cancel. The essential thing is not that the length of the mounting tool can be adjusted, but that the distance between a first wall bracket 21 arranged on the first mounting element 20, which. is designed to abut against an inner wall during assembly / disassembly, and a frame holder device 11, 12 arranged on the second mounting element 20. In this embodiment, the wall bracket 21 is designed with a step to be able to be adapted for support against the frame and the wall, for example at a protruding frame or a particularly thin wall or the like. The wall bracket 21 could also be designed as a straight band element or the like. In this exemplary embodiment, the first holding element 21 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the first mounting element 20 which is closest to the outer end of the second mounting element 10 which is provided with a frame holder device 11, 12.
In this particular exemplary embodiment, the mounting device 100 is also provided with a second abutment element 22 which is located at a certain distance from the abutment element 21 and arranged in the two abutment elements is a direction opposite thereto, i.e. parallel oriented but mounted at an angle of 180 ° relative to each other on the first mounting element 20.
The first wall bracket 21 is intended for smaller wall thicknesses, for example for thicknesses of up to 1-12 centimeters, while the one intended for larger 20-25 second wall brackets is 11-12 wall thicknesses, for example from up to about centimeters. It is obvious that these figures are only given for exemplary purposes and that the wall thicknesses can be both larger and smaller for the specified abutment elements. In a further exemplary embodiment, the first mounting element may be provided with. one or two further wall brackets arranged at an angle of about 90 ° in relation to said first and second wall brackets, respectively. The frame holder device here comprises a pin 11 which may be designed as a round iron which projects parallel to said first and second wall brackets, respectively, and is fixedly mounted at the outer end of the second mounting element 10 or at a certain distance from the outer end. In this exemplary embodiment, the second mounting element 10 is also provided with a frame retainer 12 arranged parallel to said pin 11 and intended to cooperate with pin 11 as part of the frame holder device.
Pin 11 is intended to be inserted into a pre-drilled frame hole on the inside of a frame of e.g. a fixed frame window and frame retainer 12 inner side of the frame, i.e. against Some wedge or the like thus to abut. towards the room side from the inside which assembly takes place. can be used between frame bracket and frame but is not necessary and depends on the design of the frame bracket. Depending on whether the wall is thick or thin, mounting elements 10 and 20 can be separated via adjusting means 30 to the extent that they can be rotated so that instead of, for example, wall bracket 21, wall bracket 22 is used, which is then parallel to pin 11 and wall bracket 12.
The adjusting member consists of a threaded screw or the like e.g. which is fastened with a nut and a washer in / at the outer, distal end of the second mounting element 10 and for example via a nut 31 and washer at the opposite end of the first mounting element 20. outer end by screwing on the adjusting member projecting from the mounting element 20, the distance between the frame holder device 11 and the wall bracket 21 (or, where applicable, 22) can be adjusted. In one embodiment, adjusting screw 30 is rotatably mounted and engages in or adjacent the outer end of mounting member 10, e.g. provided with nut elements 31 or the like on the other end of first mounting element 20, and by screwing the length can be adjusted, elements 10 and 20 pulled out of each other so that coarse adjustment can be made so that the right wall bracket is used, in case several wall brackets are provided . The tool can thus be roughly set for use by either wall brackets 21 or 22 depending on the wall thickness where the window or door is to be mounted and which is to abut the inside of the wall surrounding the window or door opening. Adjustment in the extended position takes place by turning, in this case 180 °, the first mounting element 20 in relation to the second mounting element 10 at maximum extension if the telescopic elements are e.g. square or rectangular so that they come out of engagement and are limited only in their movement by screw 30. Other designs of mounting elements 10 and 20, respectively, are also conceivable as triangular, circular with guide grooves on the inner side of the mounting element which is to be outer and on the outer the side of what is to be innermost, etc. Pin 11, which is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of elements 10 and 20, respectively, at the end of element 20 which is at the greatest distance from element 10 in the extended position, is intended to be inserted into a pre-drilled hole in e.g. a fixed frame window (visible hole on the inside of the frame) during assembly / disassembly or adjustment. After carrying out assembly / disassembly or adjustment work, tool 100 is easily loosened, after the distance between wall bracket and frame holder device has been increased slightly via screw 30, since pin 11 is removably inserted from the inside. Sneak depth is adjusted with a screw 30 and retaining elements 21 (or 22) prevent windows from falling out.
Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment of a mounting tool 200 comprising a first mounting element 20A, a second mounting element 10A, a first wall bracket 21A, a second wall bracket 22A and adjusting screw 30A with actuating or gripping means 35 as in Fig. 1. In this case the frame holder device 11A consists of one or a round iron which taps perpendicular to one of the two either projects the side of the other mounting element 10A or to the sides (shown). On the other hand, in this case no frame counter is used, but wall counter 21A or 22A acts directly against the frame and wall. As in Fig. 1, wall countertops 21A and / or 22A may be formed with one step, e.g. as part of an S or with a suitably angled, shaped step for gripping the inner side of the frame with. its inner end as well as abut. against the inner side of the wall through its outer end. The inner side of the frame here means the side which, when the mounting object is mounted, is parallel to the inside of the wall, and the inside of the frame here refers to the sides of the frame which are perpendicular to the inside of the frame are different and directed towards each other, side and closest e.g. . the window glass. designs are conceivable and the length can amount to between eight and ten and twenty centimeters or more. Also in this case, several alternative wall resistors can be provided, the pin. can shoot. out in a hob or eat two directions, with the advantage that if the pin projects in two directions, the whole tool can simply be rotated 180 ° and no rough adjustment needs to be made if instead of wall bracket 21A wall bracket 22A or vice versa needs to be used depending on the wall thickness.
Wall brackets can, as shown in Fig. 2, for example, of course be provided with heels for screwing in as additional retaining protection, but this is in no way necessary for the operation of the invention and is not normally used; an object of the invention is precisely not to be forced to screw in a wall, frame or the like.
Fig. 3 shows an alternative, simplified mounting tool 300 with first mounting element 2OB, second mounting element 1OB, adjusting device 3OB with or 1 and 2. operating, gripping means 35B as in Fig. In this case there is only one wall bracket 21B and also pin or round iron 11B protrudes only one direction, which means that no possibility of coarse adjustment 10 15 20 25 30 11 is provided. Frame bracket l2B as in would be included in Fig. 1, but can also be dispensed with as. for example shown in Fig. 2.
Wall bracket 21B is here designed with a step but could also here be straight or have some other shape. In another preferred embodiment (not shown), the pin (and possibly the frame abutment) projects only in one direction, but there are two wall abutments, enabling coarse adjustment.
Fig. 4 shows an alternative embodiment of a mounting tool 400 with first mounting element 20C, second mounting element 10C having adjusting device 31C and operating or gripping means 35C as in 1-3. wall bracket 21C and Fig. Also in this exemplary embodiment, the first second wall bracket 22C is shown, which is arranged at 180 ° in relation to said first wall bracket 21C. Although the first wall bracket is shown as being a mold with a step intended to take into account frame width and / or frame thickness, the first wall bracket could be designed as the second wall bracket, i.e. straight. Conversely, the second wall bracket could be step-shaped like the first wall bracket or be of some other suitable shape.
The embodiment. is also not * limited *. to two wall brackets but it could also be one or three. What is different in this case is the frame holder device 11C which in this case is two-part, in some cases frame-adapted, and arranged to cooperate with the inside, the inner side of the frame and the outer side and a part of the outside.
Fig. 5 shows a more detailed frame holder device. 11C as described above in this preferred embodiment.
The frame holder device 11C comprises * a first part 111 which is a flat, thin element intended to abut against the outer side of the frame and is fixedly mounted at the outer end of the second mounting element 10, as a planar, extended extension thereof, for example on one side. The second part 112 of the frame holder device consists of an angled element intended to be detachable, relative to the second 111. The 1121, possibly adjustable, arranged in the mounting element 10 and the first part, respectively, angled element 112 consists of a first plate part mounted state perpendicular to said first part 111 and intended to abut the inner side of the frame, a second plate part 1122 intended to abut the inside of the frame and a third plate part 1123 substantially parallel to said first plate part 1121, but possibly considerably shorter, and intended to abut against a part of the outer side of the frame page. Preferably, said first plate member 1121 is provided with a fixing element 113. This fixing element 113 may be threaded on the inside and be adapted to be applied to. a mounting screw 114 or the like arranged on the second mounting element 10, at its outer end and fastened with a nut, e.g. a wing nut 115 or the like. Special is the second frame holder part. 112 adapted to the shape, dimensions, on each frame. and the requirement is only that it must be possible to mount e.g. 114, on the mounting screw through its fixing element 13.
Fig. 6 shows * an example of. a mounting tool, for example according to Fig. 1, frame 40 arranged to hold a mounting object in at a wall below or wedge 41 can be mounted mounting, disassembly, frame. 40 and For adjustment work. And in. between frame brackets 12 in certain embodiments but is not necessary. inserted wedge 41, the mounting tool 100 will preferably be held the frame 40. The need for substantially perpendicular to the insertion of wedge depends i.a. at the distance between frame bracket 12 and pin 11. The wedge can be of different sizes and materials.
According to one embodiment, mounting can take place as follows: l0 l5 20 25 30 l3 In this case of a so-called fixed frame window with pre-drilled frame holes. Alternatively, of course, the invention may include drilling holes in the frame. in order to be able to use the mounting tool. Two tools (eg 200, 200) are mounted by being fixed in two opposite (for example pre-drilled) frame holes, for example two upper frame holes in a window frame. To fit the wall thickness, a rough adjustment is performed as discussed above, i.e. it is determined which wall bracket is to be used, if the tool is equipped with alternative wall brackets. This can also be done before the mounting of the mounting tools in the frame holes.
The assembly in the holes consists of the pin or round iron being inserted into the hole. The window is then lifted into place, and by screwing in / out the adjusting screw with the aid of the control, the tool is adjusted depending on the depth of the window. By abutting the wall brackets against the inner side of the wall surrounding the window, the window is prevented from falling outwards. In this position (or earlier) it is possible to open the window in ventilation mode to further reduce the risk of the window falling inwards, but this is not necessary in all cases.
Then the window is screwed on in a conventional way through the lower frame holes. When the window is firmly enough, the tools are removed and the window can be screwed through the upper e.g. pre-drilled frame holes. The mounting tool can of course be used for adjustment in which case opposite screws can be unscrewed, the mounting tool is inserted and adjustment takes place via the other frame holes, upper or lower. In cases where a frame bracket is used, smaller wedges can be easily inserted between the frame and the frame bracket, otherwise the procedure is the same as that described above. Because, for secure holding of the mounting object, no drilling is required either in the frame or wall, mounting / disassembly can take place regardless of the wall material used, concrete walls as well as wooden walls. In non-pre-drilled windows, a mounting tool as described in Fig. 4 can advantageously be used. In this case, the frame holder devices can be adjustable to either fit different frame dimensions and / or can be adjusted via an adjusting device to fit different frame dimensions. Thereby the first frame holder part is brought into position, the window is set in ventilation position, the second frame holder part is applied, screwed on. Thereafter, the procedure is the same as that described above. Alternatively, the heel can be drilled into the frame to enable the use of the mounting tool with a pin.
Materials used for the tool are selected appropriately. In preferred embodiments, structural steel or iron is generally used. This can e.g. be galvanized or hot-dip galvanized. In an advantageous embodiment, it is powder coated. Of course, other materials can be used that are normally used for tools such as forcing o.d.
The invention is of course not limited. to the embodiments shown but can be varied in a number of ways within the scope of the appended claims.
